Information you provide
When you apply, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city and state, availability, travel preference, sales experience, comfort starting conversations, comfort with commission-based pay, and your answer about why you would be a good fit. We also record your application reference, submission time, and hiring status. Please do not include sensitive information such as your Social Security number, bank details, or identification documents.
How we use it
We use application details to review your suitability, manage the hiring process, and contact you by phone or email about opportunities with Powercore Media. Submitting an application does not guarantee a role.
Storage and access
Applications are stored using our website’s hosting and database services. Applicant details are not displayed on the public website. The applicant dashboard is restricted to the business owner and authorized hiring team members using their own signed-in accounts. Service providers process information as needed to operate the website; their own privacy practices also apply.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading those resources may send standard request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to Google.
Retention and your requests
Application records are retained for recruitment purposes and are not currently deleted automatically. To request access, correction, or deletion of your application, email powercoremedia1@gmail.com from the address you used to apply. We may ask you to verify your identity before handling a request.
Age requirements
This recruitment form is for applicants aged 18 or older. Individual roles and campaigns may have additional age or eligibility requirements.
